No country stamping, huh?

I was initially thinking Danish or Swedish, but couldn't find anything that matched up to what you have.

What's the stamping that's cut out of the picture? Something that ends in 'R'?

Looks like it says Surbrug below the crown. Surbrug Tobacco Co was a NY tobacconist, IIRC. I've seen their stamp on early Barlings and Charatans, so they imported pipes, and they had a range of tobacco blends that they sold. They were around in the early 20th century. Don't know much about them. I think they opened in the late 19th century, but I don't know when they went out of business. LIkely this was made for them.
