Another was caused by a marijuana influenced misuse of a firearm.

I was at the range when a group of people rolled in reeking of weed. One of the girls was making a selfie while holding a 38 Special, which she proceeded to wave directly at my face in her stoned stupor. No one stopped her. I never went back.

Probably because tobacco kills thousands of people every year and cannabis has never killed anyone… ever. Also, cannabis is only ever legalized in a state with the permission of the voters. Cannabis decriminalization isn’t the work of a few evil master minds, it’s the will of the voters. Democracy is a beautiful thing.

Except that we live in a Constitutional Republic.
