I too would say 1792 Flake. Other contenders G&H Dark Plug Rum & Condor Long Cut or Bar are no longer available in UK.

Typing this at work cos bored. Why do weeks with a Bank Holiday in them; seem longer?? Or is it just Me??
All good choices buddy!

I'm in the camp that ANY blend gets old after a while.
And I'm stocked for variety AND longevity so I'm good.
But I'd likely have to consider something mild, like the codgers, to minimize that palate fatigue.
I haven't tried many codger blends but my baseline minimum quality is Carter Hall. And due to mildness it might be the one that would provide the best longevity on it's own.

It would be For Meerschaums Only, by the late Steven Books, which is no more. Watch City’s Deluxe Crumb Cut, which fortunately is available, is my answer.

As I think questions of this sort are relatively inane and seem to be trolling for good tobaccos to try, I'll reluctantly play.
