I like the shape a lot but the coloring and rustication is not to my liking.

I like the shape and stem/band combo not a fan of the alligator rustication or stummels that are stained like that.

It certainly wouldn't attract my eye in a shop. Proportion, shape, color nor the bit do I find attractive. That said, it's not my pipe but, you did ask.

Mmm..... Not many people like this pipe. Actually, I've asked a few of my friends, not really many people like it ?.

I've been looking to buy a poker pipe and a Savinelli pipe. And this is a Savinelli poker pipe, just fit in what I'm looking for. Although the rustication is not so much of my favor too, but acceptable. On the other hand, I quite like the color, and the stem ? I fall in love with it on first sight! ?

Out of all of the Savinelli Alligators, I like the brown and green, not a fan of the red or blue. If you like it, buy it.

I've always liked the crocodilean rustication of the Alligator line, and I've always wanted one, but not in blue or green.

Yep, quite a bit older though and the carving continues onto the rim. The last surviving member of a once vast collection of the shape.

I have the exact same pipe and it smokes great.

I've seen the Alligator finish in thumbnails scrolling through SPC, but have never clicked on a pipe because the finish never interested me. I love the symbol, seeing it now.

I like that looks nice. And it's a nice change of pace without going too far off the deep end. But I hear gators can bite with tremendous force so I'd say smoke it slowly.

I like the 311KS shape and have one in the Roma series. It is a sturdy, compact pipe and does it's job of burning tobacco quite well. I have never taken to the alligator series but can certainly appreciate that others do. If you like the pipe, buy it.

A gator pipe would be perfect for you while you sit in your new man cave. You can smoke it while you watch for gators in that pond.

Since I smoke mostly on my own, how my pipes look or how I look with my pipes is of no concern to others.
