Anyone have any suggestions on how to calm a pipe down with too much of a draw? I’ve tried packing a little heavier but still the draw is still too full?

What is the best approach to repairing a spot inside the bowl thats in he side possibly attempting a burning out it’s a briar pipe. I’ve read about pipe mud but wanna cover all my options
I’ve got a few 12” stem churchwardens, I’m looking for a maker that has a longer stem one or someone to fabricate a longer stem for what I have any suggestions?
Pipes like the HWebie I can find the pipes on there webpage but where do you obtain the bowls that screw on to the pipes??? I maybe asking a dumb question
I have a churchwarden that the stem has become very difficult to remove over time, never have had this happen before, Ive only seen them get loose, anybody ever had this happen and a solution to repair.
