It's probably from 1936 to 1947. The clover leaf in the white dot would make it one of the better pipes they had to offer. That's my best guess without seeing the stinger and shape number. Very nice pipe.
@FurCoat : Thats really interesting. Here are a couple of pictures of the 'Stinger' and the pipe says 'Flame Grain' on the shank. That has to be the strangest name ever for a pipe and sounds like something one would associate with underwear and pyroflatulence! Any thoughts on its age would be of great interest to me. Thank you!

Don’t think I’ve been to the River Run since the Harrah’s shootout.
