I just had the best bowl of Lane 1-Q in the Pub Pipe ... I was running late and just gravity filled, pressed it with my finger, and lit it while driving ... wow ! Smooth and tasty ! They do smoke really well. I hate to say it but I'm starting to see some other pipes I don't really need or want anymore

I'm hearing you. I have been amazed at the ease with which they smoke and yes some may become redundant for sure.

So a few months ago I decided to give tobacco blending a try, I cook and bake from scratch so why not? I made two blends, Laurent’s Revolver and Laurent’s Old Fashion, both are Virginia Perique. I opened the jar of revolver and it’s already delicious and can’t wait to see where it goes. Tonight I’m trying my Old Fashion in my very own Tulip pipe with a glass of Old Grand-dad. Cheers!

Now smoking Wilke Wall Street w/o perique in a year 1987 ebony full bend Peterson Mark Twain military mount egg with a silver cap and tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. I got John Brandt to make this for me. It’s not on the menu, but he’ll make you a batch if you ask. This will get me to a late dinner.
