    I'm sure the store is wonderful and I wish them the very best as a B&M establishment, really. On the phone they are charming. But the online store is two decades out of date and the customer service by email? Zilch, nothing or barely crap on a good day. Too many reliable alternatives out there.

    Brigham Pipes…Caution

    I have the same problem with my 1 dot Voyageur. I have to give the filter a bit of a shove for it to get in place which causes small splinters of the maple wood to appear (on the outside of it, thankfully not on the inside of the filter!). Real stiff to get it out afterwards. Never liked this...

    Its forbidden to buy tobacco online in France and I extrapolate that tobacco is not allowed anywhere in the postal service Wait for a friend/family to go on holiday to the EU and they can bring some back within the law
